Now what does this mean? in order for you to understand these attributes of a teacher, it is important that I define the conceptual framework of teachers. The conceptual framework states that teachers must be prepared to become caring, accountable and critically reflective educational practitioners who are able to support and nature learning and development in diverse educational context. This means that as a teachers must be able to communicate with learners at a personal level while maintaining the professional teacher-learner relationship. they must be able to play a role of a parent to them, accept personal responsibility learners' success, take on an extended teacher role, even outside the classroom and be persistent with learners by encouraging them to be the best they can be.
